4. Charges, acceptable use and intellectual property

All Platform content and marks remain our property or that of our licensors; you receive a limited, revocable licence to use them as offered.

We exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses and, where permitted, cap total liability at the greater of £80 or amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim.
